By accessing and using the services of Quobrynnquizl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Quobrynnquizl provides event decoration and photo zone design services for various occasions including weddings, corporate events, birthday celebrations, and special occasions in the New York area.
To secure your event date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal. Custom designs may require additional fees based on complexity and materials required.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
Changes to your event details, including date, venue, or design specifications, must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, though additional fees may apply.
You are responsible for ensuring our team has appropriate access to the venue for setup and breakdown. This includes coordinating with venue management, providing necessary permissions, and ensuring adequate time for installation.
While we take utmost care in our installations, Quobrynnquizl is not liable for damages resulting from venue conditions, weather events, or third-party actions. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment or materials caused by guests or venue conditions beyond normal wear and tear.
All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Quobrynnquizl remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph our installations for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New York courts.
